  • Upon submitting a request Serfee emails information about the lead to service providers who offer that service within the selected area. When you receive a lead like this, you have access to the details you need to decide whether you or not want to reply for the job. Serfee just makes it easy for anyone to find the best local talent for a given job – which, in turn, makes it easier to for you to find and connect with hot leads.
  • As a business owner when you reply to a lead, Serfee will connect you to the requester.
  • At this point requester can review your reply message and/or your professional profile, and decide to start a secure online chat with you.
  • At any time If you can convince your client to hire your service, requester can expose contact information to you and can move it forward. Congradulations, you are done!

Serfee is free to use for all requesters. If you’re looking for a cleaner, tutor, handyman, or web developer, Serfee can help you find the right supplier, and it’s free to use.

For suppliers, It’s free for 3 months. As a supplier you can utilize the app with full functionality including business profile, unlimited replies, hot leads and online chat.

After 3 months, suppliers pay a fixed monthly fee of $15 for unlimited usage. There is no other fees such as commission and etc. If suppliers subscribe for 3, 6 or 12 months, fee goes down as it’s been outlined here:

  • 1 Month subscription: $15
  • 3 Month subscription: $42
  • 6 Month subscription: $78
  • 1 Year subscription: $144
  • Loin to the APP.
  • Select Business Profile in Home screen.
  • In the Business Profile screen tap on the subscribe button in the top navigation menu.
  • In the Subscription Info screen, select an option which works better for you.
  • This will take you to Pay scree.
  • In the Pay screen, tab on the “Pay Now” button, it will take you to PayPal screen.
  • You have option to pay using either PayPal or Credit Card.
  • The rest is self explanatory, and you can go on with rest of payment steps.
  • Once you are done with your payment, your subscription will be extended and can be verified in the Subscription screen.

Serfee helps professionals like you find and connect with local customers. Upon creating a business profile, suppliers receive relevant business leads based on business location, and skills categories which have been identified in business profile. So, as a supplier in order to get the most accurate business leads, you should carefully set your location, and skill categories in your business profile. Once a customer in a local area create a new request, Serfee send this request as a lead to suppliers who offer that service within the selected area. You can also search for business using Serfee app when tap on Find Local Clients in Home screen.

How to find a new lead?

  • Loin to the APP.
  • Select Business Profile in Home screen.
  • In Home screen, either select Business Leads or Find Local Clients, to find a new lead.

Responding faster to a lead or a potential customer is going to leave a better impression than making customers wait around. In today’s business response time to customer’s request is key to success and Serfee Live Chat will help you do that in the best possible way.

 

How to Start a Live Chat as a Supplier?

  1. login to the APP.
  2. In Home screen select Business Inbox.
  3. In the Inbox screen, each request have a badge number that shows number of replies for that request.
  4. As a supplier if you tap on any request that you’ve already replied to them (marked with a reply icon), it takes you to the Request Details screen.
  5. In the Request Details screen, when tapping on more options fab button in the top nav, takes you to the chat screen and you are connected to anonymous requester and able to start a live chat.

 

How to Start a Live Chat as a Requester?

  1. login to the APP.
  2. In Home screen select Business Inbox.
  3. In the Inbox screen, each request have a badge number that shows number of replies for that request.
  4. Tapping on one of your own requests (marked with an edit icon), take you to the Update Request screen.
  5. In Update Request screen, tap on the more options icon in top nav menu.
  6. This will show you the reply screen and display all replies you have received for your request. Now tapping on any reply item, take you to chat screen.
  7. In chat screen, you are able to send messages and start a live chat with the supplier.
  8. Please note that at any time you can see the request detail info and supplier profile by tapping on the profile fab button in the top nav in chat screen
 

Serfee protects your privacy and personal information in following areas:

  • As a requesters, your information will never be exposed by Serfee. Requesters always communicate with suppliers anonymously, and it’s always up to customers to expose their contact information to any supplier. Requesters stay anonymous unless they decide to hire a supplier and expose their contact information.
  • As a supplier your profile info is exposed to customers.
  • Serfee protect your location privacy by just showing your city and local area in the app.
  • Serfee not keeping your payment or credit card information. Serfee use PayPal for payment processing.
